We will then send you an official shipping schedule email within 1-3 days.

However, if your email reception settings do not allow emails from us to be delivered, it will be difficult for us to contact you.

[I haven't received the automatic reply email]

If you do not receive an automatic reply email after placing an order, there are two possible reasons.

1: It's in your spam folder

*If you use a mobile phone email address, it may be set to reject emails from PCs.

2: The email address you entered is incorrect

[Solution]

A: First, please check your spam folder to see if there is an email from us.
If you mark the email in your spam folder as "not spam" and allow it to be received, the official shipping schedule email will arrive in your inbox.

C: We will also try sending an email from a different address such as Yahoo!.
If we are still unable to contact you, we will call you at 092-400-3522.
Please be aware of this in advance.

*We cannot tell whether the email we sent you is in your spam folder or not.
*Please note that if we are unable to contact you, your order will be shipped 7 to 12 days after we are able to contact you, not from the date of order.
