If you send us a question, we will send you a reply email within 1 to 3 days.

If you send us the same question again, we will resend the next answer to your Yahoo email address.

2: The email address you entered is incorrect

*We cannot tell you whether the email has gone into your spam folder or whether there is an error in your email address. You will need to check this yourself.

How to prevent emails from being classified as spam
