Svel: Japlish's Slim Business Card Case
"Svel" is a contraction of the English word "Svelte" (supple and sophisticated).
Svel was born from the feedback that "it doesn't bulge even when put in a suit pocket."
It can hold approximately 25 business cards and weighs just 40g.
There are card spaces in three places - on the outside, inside and bottom - ensuring practicality while minimizing the thickness of the leather.
The subtle Belarusian-colored embroidery adds a touch of elegance, making it suitable for business settings.

A business card case created based on requests received by the store
The classic Japlish business card case is cute, but I wish it was thinner.
"The design and anchor parts are a bit concerning in a business setting."
We are increasingly hearing this voice at stores and events.
So I thought, "Let's make a slim bi-fold business card holder!"
This business card holder was born from repeated prototyping based on this idea.
The biggest feature is that it is slim and easy to store.
To make it easy to fit into a suit pocket, we used hard leather instead of soft leather and made the leather thinner.
With thick leather, the lid tends to stay open, but because this bag is made of thin leather, it is easy to style even without buttons, and it becomes comfortable from the very beginning.

The card space on the outside is convenient as you can take out and put in business cards without opening the main body.
When opened, there is space for business cards above and below.
When you open the lid, there is one storage space on top and one on the bottom.
Including the outer card space, there are a total of three spaces.
It may look flat, but there is a little ingenuity behind it.
The outer space and the space above the spread are flat, so each can hold about five business cards.
In contrast, the space at the bottom of the spread takes advantage of the three-dimensional molding properties of leather to increase storage capacity.
Therefore, the space at the bottom can hold about 15 business cards.
Approximately 25 pieces can be stored together with other spaces.
