Refund Policy

[Cancellation, return, and exchange]

(1) Only unused products and products with standard specifications can be returned within 10 days of the product's arrival date.

(2) Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, please note that we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following products:
・Products that have been used ・Products that have been delivered more than 10 days ago ・Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer ・Products without packaging (bags or cases) ・Products that are not of the standard specification, such as products with changed thread colors ・Products that have been customized for the customer, such as products with names

(3) We will cover the shipping costs for returns, etc.

(4) Refunds will be made according to the payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.
