Cancellation Policy

Cancellation deadline: Please inform us of your cancellation within three days of the email we send you regarding the production schedule, not the automatic reply email after you place your order. If you cancel after that, production is likely already underway, so you will not be able to cancel.

If you repeatedly cancel or change orders, or if we determine that you are engaging in malicious behavior, we may refuse to accept future orders. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding defective products, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product. If there is a defect, we will exchange or refund the product. Please note that we cannot accept returns for personal reasons.
